The Mad Men star January Jones and her 6-month old son, Xander, were spotted arriving at JFK airport in New York City on Saturday (March 17).
The 34-year old actress is set to appear on the television again this week as Mad Men Season 5 will be back after a 17-month hiatus. The new mama didn’t have much time to enjoy a maternity leave after Xander’s birth.
“I was back [at work] when the baby was only 6 or 7 weeks old so it was difficult,” she shared with US Weekly. “It was difficult to be a working mom and just juggling all of that.”
The team at Mad Men was very accommodating to the first-time mom.
“They made it baby friendly for me, because I’m the first female on set to have a baby so I got to bring him,” she shared. “He had his own room and I was able to work around it because I was nursing.”
The working mom has taken to motherhood. “I adore it. He is awesome.”

People complain sometimes that she doesn’t smile much. I think she doesn’t smile for the Paparazzi, but she has a gorgeous natural smile for her Son, as it should be.

I swear he has Jason Sudeikis’ nose! And if I recall, before she announced she was pregnant last year, there was something that came out saying they had broken up because she wanted kids and he didn’t. Hmmm. It would make sense if he was the father.
She gave birth to him in September 2011, which means she conceived him sometime in December 2010. She and Jason Sudeikis broke up in January…he has to be the father, or there was some cheating going on.
