Congratulations to Jared Padalecki and wife Genevieve Cortese!
The Supernatural actor and his wife welcomed their first child together, Padalecki announced via Twitter. “It’s a boy!”
According to his bodyguard, the baby was born in Seattle. “Baby was born in Seattle, all other details will be delivered by J and G,” Clif Kosterman tweeted.
In January, Padalecki — who’s also appeared in New York Minute with Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen and House of Wax with Paris Hilton and Chad Michael Murray — said his wife planned to have a natural childbirth with a midwife. “I’m taking the epidural shots!,” the actor joked.
The actor, 29, and Cortese married on February 27, 2010 in Sun Valley, Idaho.

Jared is 6’4, Genevieve is 5’4.
