Tori and Dean just announced that baby No. 4 is on the way! The reality TV couple are also parents to daughters Stella, 3 1/2, and Hattie, 5 months.
Dean is also dad to son Jack, 13, with ex-wife, celebrity chef Mary Jo Eustace.
