Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne are grandparents! After the arrival of their son Jack Osbourne's firstborn child, the new grandma weighed in on her gem of a granddaughter. "Today I witnessed my first grandchild being born, life changing experience," Sharon tweeted Tuesday. "She is an angel."
