Just crowned the world’s most beautiful woman by People, new mom Beyonce says that her style has changed now that she’s mom.
For one thing, the Grammy-winner tells the magazine that she’s traded in her stilettos for flats.
“I never thought there would be a day when I wouldn’t wear heels,” Blue Ivy‘s mom admits. “Now that I have a child, I walk around holding her all day, I’m buying loafers and oxfords. I love them, because they’re comfortable, and shorter heels too.”
So what does her husband Jay-Z think of her more laid-back style?
“He loves it when I wear flat shoes, which is surprising – he never saw me in flats before!” she says. “He likes me more natural – just the relaxed, natural me.”
Though she always seems perfectly put together, Beyonce reveals that she’s not a slave to the salon; in fact, she actually cut her own hair recently!
“I recently cut two inches myself – I just parted it in the middle and chh-chh-chh!”
