Halle Berry and fiancé Olivier Martinez were all smiles with her 4-year-old daughter Nahla in Malibu, Calif. on Saturday (May 5). The barefoot group enjoyed some fun in the sun near Halle’s beach house as they celebrated Cinco de Mayo together.
Halle looked relaxed and happy, regardless of her ongoing legal issues. Last week, Nahla’s father Gabriel Aubry returned to court, asking Halle to pay $500,000 in attorney’s fees and $20,000 a month in child support payments.
The genetically-gifted exes have been locked in a bitter custody battle over Nahla since parting ways in 2010. Earlier this month, Nahla was appointed her own legal representative to act in the child’s best interests.

Yes, he’s clearly a gold-digger for actually wanting to be an active participant in his own child’s life. Halle should be grateful she had a child with a man who wants to be a father all the time, not every other Wednesday and one weekend a month.
I know plenty of women who would love for their ex to be as involved as Gabriel tries to be, despite Halle’s best efforts
