The couple is deadlocked in mediation, and the biggest bone of contention is Usher’s Georgia mansion, TMZ reports. Tameka is currently living in the house, but under the divorce settlement Usher can sell the property at any time as long as he gives her 2-months notice.
Reportedly, Tameka fears Usher is about to give her the 60-days notice, leaving her homeless and buried in legal debt. Source say the former hair stylist is asking her wealthy ex for a permanent home that she would share with their sons: Usher V, 4, and Naviyd, 3.
Usher’s response? No way! He says he’s already shared enough of his fortune with her.
The trial continues later this month.
