The couple, who were married for 12 years, have been involved in a bitter divorce battle since announcing their split last December. They are parents to three children: Shilo, Shedeur and Shelomi.

This is the latest chapter in their legal war. Last week, Deion was granted a restraining order against Pilar, ordering her to stay at least 500 yards away from his Dallas mansion. In April, Pilar was arrested for domestic violence after allegedly attacking Deion in their Texas home.

The couple’s marriage was rocked by cheating allegations in the months leading up to their split with both parties being accused of infidelity.
