Jennifer Garner & Girls: School Pick Up

Jennifer Garner & Girls: School Pick Up

Jennifer Garner – who gave birth to baby Samuel two and a half months ago – was photographed picking up her two daughters – Violet, 6, and Seraphina, 3 – from school in Brentwood, Calif. on Friday (May 18).

The Alias alum looked casual and comfy in a black and white striped shirt, a black cardigan and a pair of jeans. Young Seraphina was dressed in an adorable white and blue striped dress accented with a pink bow and her older sis had on a school uniform consisting of a white shirt, blue pants, and a blue blazer.

The world-class mom and her hubby, Ben Affleck, were spotted out on a little mini-date this week. People reported seeing the famous couple out having some drinks at the Whiskey Blue inside the W Los Angeles – Westwood hotel to get some alone time sans kids.

An eyewitness to the low-key date said that the loving couple “were smiling, laughing and very affectionate towards each other.”

It’s a Daisy Girl Scout uniform. Daisies are Kindergarten age, and the name is after the founder of Girl Scouting Juliette Gordon Low’s nickname.

Violet is wearing her Daisy Scout vest (first level of Girl Scouts of America) not a school uniform. Just saying.

The ‘blazer’ is a Daisy Scout vest…not part of her school uniform.

Actually, Violet’s “blazer” is mis-identified. It’s a Daisy Scout vest. Daisy Scouts are part of the Girl Scouts… right before Brownies. She receives a “petal” for various project… just as older Scouts receive badges.

Cute!! But I do feel bad that there are cameras everywhere they go!! I enjoy seeing/reading about them but it’s extreme. Sad that this is their “normal”.

You would think she would move out of L.A. for the good of her children, for instance photogs everywhere even the Daisy meeting. Not being about to bring her son out in public uncovered for months. The little things like that should weigh above the 17 million dollar house, this is not a normal way to bring up girls who are being raised “normally”

At least in L.A. they can all be together. Moving would mean that when they are producing, directing, etc they have to leave the family for weeks at a time to go to L.A. or keep uprooting kids who are in school. Look how all the time apart has worked out for other celebrity families (most recently P. Facinelli and J.Garth)

You are an idiot. You don’t know anything about their lives and you are in no position to say what they should or shouldn’t do.

I don’t think the poster said “should” or “shouldn’t” — she expressed her opinion and last time I checked, it’s still permissible to do so on this site. Save your venom, ignorance and name calling for some other site.

Good post and I tend to agree. It’s virtually impossible for this family to have a normal life when they are followed around and hounded day after day, with paps pretty much camped outside their home lying in wait.

I’ve often read posts from people insisting that Garner calls the paps and invites them to follow her around and I have to say that’s utterly ridiculous. Who would “ask” for their children’s lives to be distrupted like this? Unfortunately the paps aren’t going anywhere, but it IS possible for the family to move away somewhere else — other celebs have done it. It’s really up to them.

True, they’ve made their millions and don’t need Hollywood anymore. If they moved to timbuktoo, they could still lead productive, rewarding lives without the pervy paps stalking their kids.

Yeah, I mean, obviously they should determine how to live their lives according to what a bunch of internet trolls thinks they should do. Certainly no one works or has jobs because they actually enjoy it and find it fulfilling.

I could see that actually. Both are known for their philanthropy – Jen with Save the Children and Ben has done a lot of work in Africa. There’s more to life than Hollywood & making millions and this couple is one example of that.

Tsk, tsk, someone is as thick as a plank and seemingly illiterate to boot. Read some of the preceding posts before you post dimwitted comments. No one is telling them how to live their lives, people are merely opining on the wisdom of staying in Hollywood with their daughters amid the paparazzi frenzy. No one’s TELLING them not to work…again, people are expressing opinions. Oh and by the way, there’s other types of fulfilling work besides making movies and the Afflecks are known for doing a lot of meaningful work for various charities.

Save your vitriolic comments for the schoolyard. You are obviously a few light years behind everyone else …..

You’re arguing bullsh!t semantics. It’s blatantly clear what was really meant by the “opinions” posted above.

And newsflash – opinions can be wrong or stupid or all other manner of bad adjectives. You don’t get immunity from criticism just because something is your “opinion”.

I had to click on this post because I saw 20 comments. Then I did and it was a whole lot of nothing: “Daisy” uniform vs. school uniform and a whole lot of carping back and forth. Who cares?? I think everybody needs to get a hobby! Who cares where they live??? It’s totally up to them, get a life people!

Hi again, immature one. I stand by my comment and urge you to take a course on anger management. This is a gossip site for goodness sake. No need to take everything so personally.
