Nia Long & Kez: Shopping Companions

Nia Long & Kez: Shopping Companions

Actress Nia Long, 41, was seen carrying her son Kez, nearly 7 months, as she walked out of Bel Bambini in West Hollywood, Calif. on Wednesday (May 30).

Already mom to 11-year-old son Massai, the Third Watch star – who was accompanied by a male friend who helped carry the baby stroller along with some goodies – stopped to talk to her sweet son and make sure he was doing well on their journey down the street.

Nia recently spoke about her personal rebirth after her second son was born, claiming that “I am the happiest that I’ve been probably in my life.”

Baby Kez Sunday has given me a bit of a rebirth and it’s really nice because I’m able to look at life through his eyes. You have to pay attention to the smallest thing from the birds chirping to the dog barking across the street. These are the things that make the world go around today. When you look at life in its simplest form, stress and worry isn’t the cornerstones of your life. Experiencing life through that lens is refreshing.”

Hmmm. She’s basically saying, “Look at the world from the view of a 7-month-old and everythings fine!” Of course it is! But you can’t live like that because you’ll be dead by the end of the week like an unsupervised retard! 7-month-olds see the world as pure because they haven’t yet witnessed (and they will!!) that the world is a very harsh place. That’s why babies need adults, because the world is cruel! x
