Former World Heavyweight Boxing Champion Evander Holyfield is facing jail time if he doesn’t come up with more than $300,000 in unpaid child support for his 18-year-old daughter Emani.
TMZ reports that the Georgia Department of Human Services has gone to court on behalf of Emani, claiming the former champ hasn’t paid a dime of court ordered child support since April 2010.
The Department of Human Services is apparently fed up with waiting and is requesting for Evander to be locked up and his wages garnished until he coughs up the owed child support sum.
Evander’s rep told TMZ she was unaware of the situation but added, “Mr. Holyfield has a wonderful relationship with his daughter.”
Evander is reported to have eleven children.
