SNL comedian Will Ferrell and his son Magnus were supporting the hometown hockey team – Los Angeles Kings – in their playoff run for the 2011-2012 Stanley Cup on Monday (June 4) at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, Calif. The lucky 8-year old – who has two younger brothers Mattias, 5, and Axel, 2 – brought along his plastic finger cheering apparatus to the game.
The Anchorman star wore a L.A. Kings hat and sunglasses to keep the sun and perhaps the paparazzi at bay.
The Step Brothers actor was slated to reunite with his The Other Guys co-star, Mark Wahlberg, in the upcoming film Three Mississippi, but Wahlberg had to back out due to a scheduling conflict. It has been rumoured that his replacement will be another funny man, Adam Sandler. Filming is expected to begin this fall.
