Ashlee Simpson says her 5-week-old niece Maxwell Drew Johnson is “spoiled.” She was at an event in Beverly Hills on Thursday when she dished a little on Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson’s newborn.
“She is definitely spoiled,” the 27-year-old said. “You should see her closet! I’m like, ‘God I wish I had your closet!’ Her closet is beautiful.”
Ashlee also beamed about her sister’s new parenting skills.
I am so proud of her! There were small things here and there [I advised her on] that you ask your friends and other mothers [about] but other than that, she’s great.”
For now the wedding is on hold until Jessica loses her pregnancy pounds with Weight Watchers.
A source told US Weekly, “She won’t walk down the aisle until she’s back in good enough shape that she’ll look great in the wedding dress she wants.”
