Jake Owen is going to be a daddy!
According to Us Weekly , the country crooner’s rep confirmed that Jake, 30, and his wife Lacey Buchanan, 22, are expecting a baby girl in November.
“If she’s anything like Lacey she’ll be the most beautiful little soul ever,” Owen gushes. “I’m so excited.”
Jake – who married his wife on May 7 in the musician’s hometown of Vero Beach, Florida – already knows he’s going to be a very protective father to his little girl, joking: “Now, we can concentrate on what names will fit our baby girl, and I’m going to stock up on guns and ammunition.”
This will be the couple’s first child together.
Jake and his wife went to a movie theatre near by and paid for everyone’s tickets and treats in celebration of having a baby girl. Didn’t even know who he was till others said his name! (Go figure I see a ‘celeb’ and don’t even know who they are!)
