Mike Eli & Wife Welcome Baby No. 1: Kline Olivia

Hooray for baby girls!

Eli Young Band front man Mike Eli and his marketing director wife Kacey welcomed their first child – a daughter named Kline Olivia Diaz – on Monday (July 30) confirms PEOPLE.

“They tell you about this feeling that is beyond comparison … and the moment Kacey and I laid our eyes on little Kline we understood it’s absolutely the coolest thing ever!” the proud papa gushes of his Dallas born bundle.

Little Klin weighed in at 6 lbs., 15 oz.and measured 20¼ inches long.

Congrats to the happy couple!

  2. I love the name Kline Olivia. I just had a baby girl in July and names her Klein
    Mary. Everybody that has a comment about the name just Shut your mouth who asked for your comment.

    Kristi I have a comment and I dont Shut my mouth :)
    It’s your right to like the name and tell that, but it’s also my right, to find Kline and Klein horrible names for little girls. Mary and Olivia are really nice, but the firstnames make me sad for the babies.
    You don’t have to share my opinion, but you have to respect my opinion like I respect, that it’s your decision to name your child, no matter, what other people maybe think about it.

    I love when people choose different names instead of what everyone else is picking…..but I don’t care for Kline at all. Maybe because it’s a street near me…….if I had to use it, it would be for a boy. And I’d still choose Kline over Olivia if I had to pick from the two…..there are way too many Olivias out there.
