Actress Jada Pinkett-Smith, 40, shows off her gorgeous smile on the cover of Essence magazine’s September 2012 issue. In an accompanying interview, the gorgeous wife of actor Will Smith and mother of children Jaden, 14, and 11-year-old Willow addresses circulating divorce rumors, discusses her thoughts on her edgy – and often publicly criticized – tween daughter and what we can all do to help in the fight against human trafficking.

On daughter Willow: “How people feel about Willow is how people feel about Willow. But what I’m most concerned about is how Willow feels about herself. She’s an independent, courageous, genius, talented little girl. I’m happy for her, that she can just be who she is.”

On the truth behind the rumors: “It’s rumored that we’re getting a divorce. But no. We’re not getting a divorce. Where am I gonna go? Where am I going to go? That’s my boo. It’s like he’s another part of me.”

On her thoughts about human trafficking: “We’re all affected by this. And one woman is one woman too many. We have to extend beyond ourselves to help.”

Awesome Jada! Never get the backlash Willow gets for wearing funky clothes (always fully covered) or cutting her hair/dying it. Adults are really passionate in trying to tear that child down !!!! Until she is wearing makeup, six inch heels, or dressing a la Jenner girls. Willow seems to be fine to me . With two great parents!
