Former back-up dancer Kevin Federline and his girlfriend Victoria Prince were photographed out shopping with their nearly 1-year-old daughter Jordan at Office Depot in Topanga, Calif. on Saturday (August 11).
It seems Kevin is being sued for damage he allegedly caused to a former rental home – damage the Excess Baggage star blames on flying golf balls and general wear and tear.
His former landlord is seeking $110,000 as a result of damage done to his California home as well as for back rent.
