Jennifer Garner has been showing off her fabulous post-baby figure this week as she makes the rounds promoting her new film The Odd Life of Timothy Green.
Despite her hectic schedule, the mom-of-three has been making time to hit the gym. According to her trainer Valerie Waters, fitness is a family affair for Jennifer and her girls Violet and Seraphina!
“We have tiny little weights for them, and they’ll come in and lift them over their heads,” Waters tells People. “They’re so cute and they definitely like to do what Mommy likes to do, for sure.”
So just how did Jennifer bounce back to her pre-baby shape? Waters reveals that she started back at the gym when baby Samuel was just 4 weeks old: “The first couple workouts were 15 to 20 minutes,” but have since been bumped to 40 minutes 3 to 4 times a week, says Waters, who adds that the gorgeous star cooks healthy meals at home and snacks on fruits and veggies.
Her hard work is clearly paying off: Jennifer, 40, was radiant in red Lanvin at the movie’s LA premiere and then wowed in a black-and-blue Yves Saint Laurent as she visited the Late Show with David Letterman.View Slideshow »»
