Mom-to-be Claire Danes was all smiles after leaving The Late Show with David Letterman at the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York City on Tuesday (September 4). The expectant actress, 33, looked radiant in a black maternity dress and red heels.
Earlier in the day, the Homeland star was seen arriving at her NYC hotel after appearing on Live! With Kelly.
During her Late Show appearance, David tossed out a possible baby name: “How about Jane Danes?” Claire corrected him by saying, “It would be Jane Dancy!”
The My So-Called Life alum – who is expecting her first child her husband, My Idiot Brother actor Hugh Dancy, 37 – is remaining mum on the baby’s gender.
“It is a human being, which is a profound relief,” the actress joked with host Kelly Ripa.
