Gisele Bündchen’s Pregnant Pedal

Bundchen Bikes With Benjamin

Model mom Gisele Bündchen took her 2-year-old son Benjamin for a bike ride along the Charles River in Boston, Mass. on Sunday (September 23). The day before, the pregnant supermodel and her beautiful boy were seen on a brisk walk with friends.

The Brazilian beauty seems to be staying in great shape during her second pregnancy. She has talked about regaining her figure almost instantly after welcoming Benjamin in 2009.

“I think it’s muscle memory,” Gisele said. “I did kung fu up until two weeks before Benjamin was born, and yoga three days a week. I think a lot of people get pregnant and decide they can turn into garbage disposals. I was mindful about what I ate, and I gained only 30 pounds.”

This will be Gisele’s second child with husband Tom Brady. The football star is also dad to 4-year-old son Jack with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.

This is how you do it, staying constantly active. Bicycling, yoga, pilates… heck, if you can’t afford those things, then just scrub your house from top to bottom all the time, or work in your yard. Those are workouts, too!

I know CBS brought up the garbage disposal quote because it provokes people and the more people they provoke, the more hits to the page… but the thing is that she’s not wrong.

She was right. A lot of people in my family do that (use pregnancy to chow down on bad food, but they regretted it later cause it’s hard to lose the weight after). At least she admits she has to work out & eat healthy to maintain a healthy weight. Love her candor & no nonsense way of saying things.
