During Friday’s appearance on Anderson Live, dad-of-three Ben Affleck said that his 3-year-old daughter Seraphina loves Carly Rae Jepsen’s colossal hit Call Me Maybe.
While promoting his latest flick Argo in New York City, Ben called home and said, “‘Can I talk to my 6-year-old’ and [Violet] said, ‘Yeah’ and we chatted. I said, ‘Can I talk to the younger one’ and she just got on the phone and said, ‘Hey Papa, I just met you. This is crazy, call me maybe,’” Ben recalls of Seraphina’s delivery of Jepsen’s lyrics. “I was like, ‘This is horrible, how is my 3-year-old listening to the pop station?”
Also dad to son Samuel, 7 months, Ben says his wife Jennifer Garner keeps their household running smoothly.
“[Fatherhood] is a lot of work. My wife is a saint and does so much of the work because I am inept and she’s a genius,” admits the actor. “I have these three amazing kids, they are a little bit of maniacs they fight and torture each other.”
He went on to talk about playtime with his girls.
“I participate in the tea parties and doll games until I feel like my insanity is truly at risk. I don’t know yet [how Samuel will be older], but right now he is just a fat guy who looks like a 1930s slugger,” jokes Ben. “We’ll see — I’ll let you know.”

Aw, that’s so cute!
That is too funny!
Ben, I think you mean ‘sanity’….
Maybe Ben wouldn’t be so “inept” with raising children if he actually tried to learn. That’s like saying, I don’t wash dishes because my wife does a better job. It’s a cop out.
Gosh, I love the Afflecks. My favorite celebrity family hands down.
