“Happy Halloween everybody! We have festive new pics with #DemBabies at dembabies.com Halloween edition,” Mariah Carey wrote via Twitter of her 1 1/2-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe.

The We Belong Together singer and her husband Nick Cannon got dressed up with their little bears, posting the pics on their website DemBabies.com.

Last week we spotted the Grammy Award-winning singer toting her gorgeous girl in New York City.
