Jennifer Garner & Her Sporty Seraphina

Seraphina Affleck show her soccer medal until her mom and brother shopping in Brentwood

Seraphina Affleck has been keeping active with her mom Jennifer Garner. On Friday the 3-year-old was seen going to her martial arts class in Brentwood, Calif.

On Saturday (November 10) she went shopping with Jennifer and her 8-month-old brother Samuel. She wore her soccer medal and played with a balloon in the store.

Ben Affleck makes time for the kids when he can. Otherwise he seems very busy with work.

He told Details, “‘My wife’s very patient. She does everything. If I have time, I try to spend time with the kids, even if just to be a physical presence, the bath, whatever. But my mind’s always going, “How are we going to light that shot tomorrow?”‘

The Argo star is now working with good friend Matt Damon on his next directing project. It’s a biobic on Boston gangster James Whitey Bulger.

Ok, I love this family…..but I have to say that Ben’s comments (although maybe somehow taken out of context, I’d like to hope), make me sad. “If I have time, I try to make time for the kids…” Come on Ben, IF you have time? We’re not talking about exercising or reading a book…. These are your children. “Even if it’s just to be a physical presence” and ” but my mind is always going, ‘how are we going to light that shot tomorrow’”…. your kids are only small for a short time. It’s so important to be in the moment with them. Before you know it, they’ll be grown and on their own.
