'Gossip Girl' Celebrated 100th episode With Wall Street Bash

Congratulations are in order for Joanna Garcia and Nick Swisher!

The Animal Practice actress and New York Yankees outfielder are expecting their first child. “So happy to finally be able to share our news,” the actress announced via Twitter. “Nick Swisher & I r expecting our 1st baby in 2013!”

The mom-to-be added: “Feeling so blessed & beyond excited!”

The couple elaborated via Swisher’s Facebook page. “Words can’t describe how blessed we feel to be expanding our family and are anxiously awaiting the arrival of our new addition,” they wrote. “Your support and kindness has meant so much to us throughout the years and we wanted to personally share the news with you all.”

The Reba actress recently hinted about her exciting news, revealing her sugary cravings.

“I’m never without Nerds and peanut M&M’s,” she said last month. “I have a sweet tooth! I have an unlimited supply on hand at home, but the candy packs in my purse are not for sharing.”

The Better with You actress, 33, and the baseball star, 31, wed in December 2010.

    Aw, yay! Congratulations to them! I’ve loved JoAnna since Reba and this is awesome. (Still pulling for her to play Ariel on OUAT and guest star – maybe as a pregnant friend of Sara Rue’s character – on Malibu Country.)

    Joanna appeared on Fashion Police on Friday. I knew there would be a baby announcement shortly after. She’s definitely showing already.
