In a recent interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, singing superstar Rihanna, 24, clears up rumors that she has rekindled her romance with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown and discusses her thoughts about having children.
When asked about her love life, the Diamonds singer insists she is single and hopes to have a “full family” one day.
“Yes, eventually. I mean, absolutely,” she tells Ellen about having children, continuing to say that she would like to be in a relationship before becoming a mom. “I mean, I would prefer to have a full family. I’m pretty sure I could handle it if I had to on my own, but that’s not what I’m striving for.”
Rihanna and Chris Brown’s duet Nobody’s Business – which appears on her Unapologetic album – raised eyebrows amongst fans and invoked anger in some – even her best friend and fellow singer Katy Perry has questions.
On the hook of the song, she croons: “I’m gonna be your girl/ And I wanna make you mine/ And it ain’t nobody’s business.”
“To the world, I feel like there’s no closure,” Rihanna tells Vogue magazine in an interview. “There’s some obsession that’s continued even throughout when we weren’t friends or couldn’t be friends at all. Hated each other. The world hasn’t let go. They haven’t seen any progress in our friendship, because they don’t see anything, really, besides the song.”
