Good Carma Studio helped Holly Robinson Peete host a girls’night out at her Los Angeles home last Friday (December 7). There was pampering and even clairvoyant spiritual readings by Melodie for her A-list friends, including, Laila Ali, Nicole Parker, Leah Remini, Constance Marie, Amy Yasbeck, Kim Whitley and Erica Reid.

Guests noshed on food by Ronnie Woo and cupcakes by Sweet Arleen’s. And they all left with goodies from Dr. Call MeEleven SkinGabriel CosmeticsUSANAFunkins and NetNanny.

And for her pals who were unable to attend – Regina King, new mom Tamera Mowry, and Toni Braxton – gift baskets with the above goodies were sent to brighten up their day.

At the fun event, Celebrity Baby Scoop caught up with Holly and asked about her four children: 15-year-old twins RJ and Ryan, and sons Robinson, 10, and Roman, 7.

“My kids are so excited about Christmas,” Holly said. “My youngest still believes in Santa though his older sibs tease him. He believes firmly that the belief in the man at the North Pole and directly correlated to the amount of gifts he gets so he is not jumping ship yet!”

And we asked about RJ, her teen son who was diagnosed with autism at age 3.

“RJ is in the trenches of puberty which is challenging for typical teens but autism and adolescnce are an especially tough mix,” Holly shared.

“We’ve seen some regression and the hurdles are fresh,” she added. “But Team RJ is in full effect. That’s the blessing in having a big family – amazing support and love. A child with autism knows how to be nothing else but sincere. They are beautiful.”

The mom-of-four went on to share their upcoming holiday plans.

“We celebrate Kwanzaa and in those 7 days the kids learn more about their culture and ancestral history than they do all year at school,” Holly shared.

What’s up next for the actress-TV personality?

“Just finishing a super fun run on Mike & Molly – the funniest most well-written sitcom on TV…not to mention the most diverse,” Holly said. “I was only supposed to do a few shows last season but my character Christina appeared in 13 shows. Hoping she will drop back in again soon. A total blast to work with those people.”

She added: “Now I am develping my own sitcom and also seriously looking into getting back into daytime TV – a real sweet spot for me.”

And watch for her household designs in your favorite stores.

“I am also beyond excited about my Holly Robinson Peete lifestyle line available at stores like TJ Maxx, HomeGoods and Marshalls,” she shared. “I have everything from frames, bedding, beauty and towels. I even have a pet line of clothes. It’s been a dream come true to have this line of products in some of my favorite stores.”

    Dear Holly,
Hello. I am writing you today to tell you about a book called Son Rise: The Miracle Continues. It’s about a couple that pulled their son out of autism. It took alot of hardwork and extreme patience, but today their son is a college man. I know it sounds like…a miracle, but they did it. Perhaps they can help your son and those you are helping today with your organization. Please, read his book. It comes highly recommended by Corette Scott King and Deepak Chopra. Their website is http://www.autismtreatmentcenter.org/. I believe their phone number is 1-877-766-7473.
Please pass this information on to Boris Kudjoe and his lovely wife.

P.S. I’ve loved your work since 21 Jumpstreet with Johhny Depp.

    Take Care,
    Keisha L. Woodford
