Wiz Khalifa Opens Up About Amber Rose’s Past Miscarriage

The 2012 MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles

Model mom-to-be Amber Rose is enjoying a happy and healthy pregnancy, but her fiance Wiz Khalifa reveals that shortly before they conceived this baby they lost another.

In an interview with DJ QDeezy on Philadelphia radio station Hot 107.9 this week, the rapper opened up about Amber’s previous miscarriage, saying, “Her first pregnancy was like right before and it was unexpected. Right when we found out she was pregnant she lost the baby, and she got pregnant again like right around the time we found out she lost the baby. So that second time when she got pregnant, we didn’t want to say anything about it until after her second trimester and everything.”

With Amber into her third trimester and both mom-to-be and baby doing well, Wiz gushed that he is definitely looking forward to fatherhood.

“I can’t wait, every time we go to the doctor, he tells us how healthy the baby is, how perfect her pregnancy has been, and it has just inspired me to be the best dad,” he said. “And sounds like he might even be putting his bad boy antics that he raps about behind him. I have this little ball of joy coming into the world, I gotta show him right.”

The pair revealed in October that the baby on the way is a boy!

that’s a perfectly normal reaction after you’ve lost a child to miscarriage though some stars don’t get to announce their second pregnancy in the 2nd trimester after a previous loss. as Mariah Carey didn’t when she was pregnant with her twins but in that case it paid to announce earlier than planed due to unseen complications that eventually caused her to deliver by medically neccessary c-section 5 weeks early
