A very colorful Busy Philipps was spotted on the Venice, California set of her TV show Cougar Town this week (December 21). Wearing a short rainbow-hued tie-dye dress and cropped yellow jacket, Busy’s bump was hard to miss as she filmed scenes with her co-star Dan Byrd.
The 33-year-old actress chose to break the baby news on social media earlier this month, taking to Twitter to post a picture of her positive pregnant test! Explaining the decision to go public that way, Busy later said, “It was leaked to someone that I was pregnant and they were going to put it online anyway. I was kind of upset about it and [my husband Marc Silverstein] was like, ‘You know what? Eff them. Just Tweet it, and then you put it out there and it is what it is.’”
Though the couple’s 4-year-old daughter Birdie is excited to become a big sister, for now she’s more focused on Christmas!
“She really wants a two-wheeler, even though she doesn’t know how to ride it yet and we live around hills!” Busy says. “She’s totally fearless.”
