Sheryl Crow was spotted packing her 2-year old son Levi into the Madeo Restaurant in Los Angeles, Calif. on Sunday (December 30). The Soak Up The Sun singer was joined by her other son Wyatt, 5, and her extended family.
The pop-rock musician has worked hard this year recording her first country album. “It’s been really fun to make. I made it at home in my barn,” the singer-songwriter told Country Weekly.
“My record is probably more country than a lot of country that is getting played [on the radio], so I hope I get played.”
Having lived in Nashville for a number of years and now being a mom, the 50-year old has done her best to keep her kids out of the limelight.
“It doesn’t really exist in Nashville, so that makes it really easy. With regard to L.A., I can kind of count on when I’m going to be sought after by paparazzi,” Crow once shared. “So for the most part, I don’t take my kids where I know they’re going to be, with the exception of airports. I can’t seem to protect them from paparazzi at the airport. They didn’t ask to get into this line of work, so I feel like it’s not really fair for them to be subjected to it. I just try to keep it as real as possible for them.”
The Strong Enough vocalist’s country album is expected to be released in the fall of 2013.View Slideshow »»
