Kim Kardashian Is Keeping Fit During Pregnancy

*EXCLUSIVE* Kim Kardashian hustles to the gym for a Monday morning workout

Expecting socialite Kim Kardashian was snapped heading to the gym for an early morning workout in Los Angeles, Calif. on Monday (February 4).

Kim is making sure she stays fit and healthy during her first pregnancy with the help of celebrity trainer and mama-of-two Tracy Anderson.

“She’s following the pregnancy project, and she is doing a great job,” Tracy says of her curvy client. ”She’s fun, she really likes the muscular structure. She doesn’t love to do the dance part, but she’s a really smart girl and she knows that you’re going to get out what you put in.”

“She’s got like a very iconic sexy body, she’s not somebody that I would want to take her amazing curves and turn it into something emaciated,” Tracy adds. “She’s such a hot girl so it’s like, let’s keep that body like that!”

Kim and her rapper boyfriend Kanye West announced their pregnancy news in December.
