Jessica Simpson and fiancé Eric Johnson are about to buy Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne’s former mansion and the place is a PALACE! We have all the details and photos on this swanky pad.

The house is situated in the suburban community of Hidden Hills, which is near the Kardashian stomping grounds of Calabasas.

With a second kid on the way, Jessica apparently needs something larger than their current place, which is probably also a mansion, but they need a bigger mansion. I mean, they can’t expect their kids to grow up in a home with only 4 bathrooms!

This new place has 6 bedrooms, 10 baths, a grand staircase (think Titanic), a swimming pool, and full outdoor dining capabilities.

How condescending… Who cares if she wants to buy a bigger home for her family, with her money. Your article is so rude. You sound very jealous.

  2. Uhh…Not to point out the obvious, but Eric Johnson isn’t buying this house. If he and Jessica were married and legally had joint assets that would be one thing, but the (comparitively) modest salary he made during his VERY short stint in the NFL years ago hardly will be contributing to this mulit-million dollar mansion. I’m not trying to be obnoxious, it’s just the truth.

  3. P.S. I totally agree with this article’s sentiments :D I will never, ever for the life of me understand why stars say a tiny little 7-9 lbs baby is the reason they need an even bigger mansion than the one they’ve already got. I don’t think anyone-myself included-would care if they were honest and said they get bored with real estate easily and just felt like moving, but to claim that they need to upgrade from a say, 6 bedroom mansion to one that has 7, 8, or 9 all under the guise of their “expanding family” (with only 1 or 2 children) is ridiculous!
