The Our America host, 39, and her radiation oncologist husband welcomed daughter Jett Ling Song on Friday, March 8 in Santa Monica, Calif., PEOPLE reports. Arriving at 1:24 p.m., baby Jett weighed in at 6 lbs., 6 oz.
“Lisa and Jett are resting comfortably,” a statement reads. “The proud parents are enjoying the first day of parenthood and are looking forward to bringing their daughter home.”
The couple – who were wed in 2007 – experiencing a miscarriage in 2010.
After the devastating loss, Lisa was being very cautious during her second pregnancy.
“I’ve just been trying to be very, very cautious about everything… with diet, with exercise,” she shared.

Never heard of Jett for a girl before but don’t hate it. Is Ling (Lisa’s surname) baby’s middle name or surname? Unusual for baby to have mother’s surname over fathers when the parents are married.
