Busy Philipps Radiates The Red Carpet

1st Annual Norma Jean Gala

Actress Busy Philipps radiated the red carpet at the 1st Annual Norma Jean Gala in Hollywood, Calif. on Wednesday (March 20). The Cougar Town star looked lovely in a floral maxi maternity dress, accessorized with a string belt above her bump.

The expectant mama has been looking feminin chic in patterned maternity maxi dresses with flats and fitted red carpet gowns during her second pregnancy.

Admitting this pregnancy has been “harder” than her first, the actress, 33, is opting for trendy yet comfortable maternity fashions this time around.

The Dawson’s Creek alum recently opened up about planning her second pregnancy.

“This is the ultimate planned pregnancy,” Busy shared. “I planned it around my television schedule! I really did.”

She also talked about women’s reproductive rights.

“It’s something I feel very strongly about,” Busy said. “Like Martha said onstage, in so many ways, we’re taking great steps forward in this country, but for some reason, I do feel this issue of women’s reproductive rights and the health care that’s being offered and available to women is being so limited and stripped back, especially in rural and poor areas.”

To me the dress is fine, but looks like something for the beach or patio party not the red Carpet.

      No, it’s not fine!
      When you’re this big:
      1) you don’t wear patterns and
      2) you wear a dark colour, like black, blue navy, or something like that.

If you love yourself you do that.

  3. Don’t like the dress, surely it should come in again at the waist?
