Congratulations are in order for Dierks Bentley and wife Cassidy.
The country star, 37, announced some happy news Thursday: “So my wife and I will be changing our family defensive strategy come the fall. Switching from MAN-to-MAN to ZONE. #3! Advice @thetimmcgraw?!” Bentley wrote via Twitter.
The couple are already parents to daughters Evalyn Day, 4½, and Jordan Catherine, 2.
When one Twitter fan advised Bentley to “Get him listening to banjo and fiddle early,” the singer replied: “‘Him’ huh?! It ain’t that easy bro!”
In 2011, the country crooner commented on the possibility of trying for a son.
“Well, I got two boys. I got Jake and George, my two dogs, and I’m good,” he said. “We’re really happy with what we’ve got. My brother has three girls so I think I’ll stick with two, but you never know.”
