Britney Spears flaunts her toned body in a white Deja Soleil bikini on the June issue of Shape. Mom to Sean, 7, and Jayden, 6, – she says, “Dieting is tough … because my specialties are spaghetti, brownies and chocolate chip cookies.”
She adds,”I try not to make those too often or I’ll eat the whole bowl of dough.”
The singer admits it’s not as easy to stay in shape now that she’s older and states, “I like it, then again, I hate it. I’m in my 30s now, so I have to work harder to keep it up.”
According to USA Today – she’s getting ready for her Las Vegas show in the fall by dieting and working out. Spears follows the Nutrisystem program – which consists of a shake for breakfast and lunch plus a dinner of protein and veggies.
On her workout prep routine she shares, “I’m doing 90 minutes of yoga twice a week in addition to a lot of cardio — hour-long sessions three times a week with my trainer, Tony Martinez. The [Vegas] performances won’t be simple — they’ll be a massive party from start to finish. And to pull this off, I have to be in top condition and running at full speed.”
Besides gearing up for her Vegas residency at Planet Hollywood – she’s recording her eighth studio album with Will.i.am as executive producer.
