Kourtney Kardashian & Family: Garden Lunch

Kourtney Kardashian Grabs Lunch With Her Family In Malibu

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick grabbed lunch with their son Mason in Malibu, Calif. on Wednesday (May 29). The family sat at John’s Garden at the Malibu Country Mart where Mason enjoyed a grilled cheese sandwich.

When they left the 3-year-old helped carried mom’s bag back to the car.

According to In Touch – Kourtney is in for a fight with 26-year-old male model Michael Girgenti. He claims that his fling with the reality star resulted in the conception of Mason.

He has consulted with California family law attorney Debra Opri and demands a paternity test. Opri defended Larry Birkhead in his custody battle.

A member of Michael’s family said, “It was killing him not knowing the truth. It became obvious to Michael that she and Mason do not share the same father.”

Kourtney has denied all the claims. Her lawyer told In Touch, “She certainly has never intimately been with Mr. Girgenti” and calls the allegations “preposterous and an outrageous lie.”

Funny that someone with such a sweet name (Sweet pea) would make such an unnecessary comment. He is a cute kid and although I don’t watch the show my teens do and they say he is so cute and fun to watch on show. Looks are only skin deep. World needs to stop being so superficial. He is a happy well-loved preschooler which is far from ugly.
