Reese Witherspoon’s Fourth Of July Celebrations

Reese Witherspoon and the family spend the 4th in Malibu

Mom-of-three Reese Witherspoon was photographed with husband Jim Toth and their 9-month-old son Tennessee in Malibu, Calif. on Thursday (July 4). Enjoying Independence Day with family and friends, the trio hit the beach for some Fourth of July celebrations.

The Academy Award-winning actress wore a navy and white polka dot tankini, paired with a white sun hat. Meanwhile, her shirtless hubby toted their adorable tot who wore a red, white and blue onsie.

The couple looked happy and relaxed after their highly-publicized DUI drama.

“We went out to a restaurant in Atlanta, and we had one too many glasses of wine,” Reese recently admitted.

Jim was spared jail time after pleading guilty to the DUI charge, but was sentenced to 40 hours of community service and 12 months’ probation.

We didn’t spot Reese’s older children – daughter Ava, 13, and 9-year-old son Deacon – at the fun family party. Perhaps they were enjoying the holiday with their father, actor Ryan Phillippe.

A sad excuse for a human being is someone like Charles Manson or Ted Kaczynski.
This is a man who made an unfortunate choice that luckily did not result in anyone getting hurt. He has admitted his guilt and is now paying the penalty for the lapse of judgement that he had that night.
He doesn’t appear at all to be a bad guy. He appears to be a man who made a made a mistake, will hopefully learn from it, and won’t repeat it again in the future.

I wasn’t talking about Jim. He manned up to his errors. It’s Reese, who is a horrible person. She should’ve been lucky no one was killed, but she pulled the celeb card. She has done nothing to make up for it. Pleading no contest, wearing a fake police cap, and those excuse-ridden “apologies” aren’t going to cut it. What she did wasn’t a mistake; it was a decision.
