Congratulations are in order for Zach Galifianakis and Quinn Lundberg.
The Hangover star, 43, and his wife, 30, are expecting – and close to welcoming – their first child, Us Weekly reports.
“They have been keeping the baby a secret,” the source tells the mag. “They tried as soon as they were married. Zach is going to be an amazing father. They are looking to get a bigger place down the road.”
The actor will not be attending the Toronto Film Festival — where he was to promote his film You Are Here — to be by his wife’s side.
“[Zach] missed the premiere because his wife is very pregnant and about to give birth and he did not want to take the chance of not being in LA if she went into labor,” the director of the film, Matthew Weiner says.
“They are in LA now. Everyone is super excited for them, but missing him in Toronto!” the insider adds.
The funnyman previously opened up to Rolling Stone about wanting children.
“I’ve been wanting kids for 10 years,” he said. “I’d love to adopt, have them naturally — all of it. I want, like, 15.” As for his wife, “Quinn is the coolest,” he gushed. “The coolest.”
Galifianakis and Lundberg, the co-founder of the charity Growing Voices, were wed in Vancouver, Canada in August 2012.
