In the intimate photo, the future king of England is seen smiling at his mother in the Morning Room at Clarence House following his christening on Wednesday.
Wearing a replica of the satin and lace gown originally commissioned by Queen Victoria in 1841, the Duke and Duchess’ first-born child was baptized in the Chapel Royal at St. James Palace.
The 35-minute ceremony was attended by William and Kate’s immediate family and the royal tot’s seven godparents.
“He was such a good boy actually,” gushed Kate after the royal ceremony. “We’re very lucky, he’s not always like that.”
