Alicia Keys & Family: Keep A Child Alive

Celebrities attend Keep A Child Alive's 10th Annual Black Ball

Grammy Award-winning singer Alicia Keys and husband, music producer Swizz Beatz, posed with their 3-year-old son Egypt at the Keep A Child Alive’s 10th Annual Black Ball in New York City on Thursday (November 7).

Dressed in black and red, the family-of-three were all smiles at the event where Alicia serves as the African AIDS charity’s co-founder and global ambassador.

On Sunday, the trio bundled up as they cheered on Alicia’s half-brother, Cole Cook, who ran in the 2013 ING Marathon in NYC.

After the race, Alicia’s brother placed his medal around his little nephew like a true champion.

Does it make you feel better to insult a child? Egypt is one of the most beautiful children I’ve ever seen..
