Crooner Michael Bublé and wife Luisana Lopilato were seen arriving into Vancouver, B.C. last week. The doting new parents pushed their 2-month-old son Noah in the stroller as they arrived in the Canadian city.
The Grammy Award-winner, 37, and the Argentinian model-actress, 26, welcomed their first child in the singer’s Canadian hometown.
“Overjoyed and filled with gratitude at the arrival of our son Noah Bublè,” the proud new papa announced via Instagram. “Born this morning, August 27th at 2:26 am in Vancouver, Canada.”
The Haven’t Met You Yet singer gushed about fatherhood on Canadian talk show The Social.
“I sing to him all day and all night. When he’s crying with somebody else and I hold him and I sing to him, he just stops. It’s really cool,” he shared. “The songs I’m singing are not my hits — that’s for sure. My No. 1 go-to right now is ‘Down by the Bay.'”
Of course, singing isn’t his only special talent. “I’ve become a master at changing poopy diapers,” he said. “And I can swaddle. I enjoy being swaddled myself!”
Jokes aside, the first-time father is thrilled about starting a family.
“It’s been what everybody says it would be. It’s the greatest thing that could ever happen,” he shared. “You can’t explain it until it happens — it’s like telling somebody what water feels like before they’ve ever swam in it.”
As for parenting advice, he said everyone has an opinion.
“Everybody gives you advice. Every single person in the whole world tells you how to do it a different way,” he said. “At first it confuses you, then it drives you nuts, and then you realize that there is no right way. You just do the best you can and hope it turns out okay.”View Slideshow »»
