Look who’s stealing daddy’s spotlight!
The Lord of the Rings actor Orlando Bloom was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Wednesday (April 2). The Hobbit star, 37, posed for pics with his adorable 3-year-old son Flynn at the afternoon ceremony in Hollywood, Calif.
Sporting a lookalike hairdo, the stylish preschooler stood by daddy’s side during the entire ceremony.
And while his ex, model Miranda Kerr, was not in attendance, Bloom spoke of her during his acceptance speech, thanking her for giving him the best gift—their son.
Guest speakers included actor and good friend, Forest Whitaker, as well as David Leveaux, who directed Bloom in the Broadway production of Romeo and Juliet.
After the ceremony, the Pirates of the Caribbean actor spoke to reporters about having his son by his side.
“I got a star right in front of a sweet shop and he is obsessed and mad for candy right now, so he was excited for that,” he told E! News. “Trying to keep him from having too much, though.”
He added: “It’s a great honor…and I feel honored that I am able to work with such amazing people and talent.”View Slideshow »»
