I can;t wait til this bitch has to explain to those two little girls that she once killed a kid. She doesn’t care at all and learned nothing, I’m hoping it’s when her daughters react that she’ll truly face justice.

This happened in 2001. she took responsibility and pleaded no contest to vehicular manslaughter and accepted her punishment. If you dont think punishment fit the crime please complain about our legal system not this woman. Hopefully she will tell her girls about what happened as a cautionary tale against drinking and driving.

The comment you were responding to has already been deleted.

However, I’m curious why you think this incident would be used to advise anyone about drinking and driving since there was no evidence that she was under the influence of *anything* at the time.

My bad I thought she was drinking (rare in 2001 for someong to be charged wtih vehicular manslaughter for being distracted by cell phone.) So…. she can use an cautionary tale about the dangers of texting/talking and driving. :)

It was vehicular homicide because it was HOMICIDE and a very sad case. Everyone had stopped to let the little boy cross the street and she whipped around them all and hit him! She had no choice but to accept it so it wasn’t magnanimous or responsible of her. She was facing serious jail time only the poor, devastated family couldn’t bare a trial!
