    The add SHOULD say…… Give-a-way is open to residents of the U.S. and Canada.
    NOT, open to residents of Canada and the U.S..

    Besides, how many U.S. or even Canadian celebs actually live in Canada? It would appear that ALL known Canadian celebs prefer to live stateside.
