The drama continues for Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.
Sensitive details have been released regarding the former couple’s bitter divorce proceedings.
The Allied actor, 53, filed a memorandum pertaining to custody of their six children – Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and 8-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne – on Dec. 21. The father-of-six wants information about their ongoing custody battle to remain private.
In documents released to PEOPLE, Pitt slams Jolie for compromising their children’s privacy.
According to Pitt, the Maleficent actress, 41, “appears to be determined to ignore even agreed upon standards relating to the children’s best interest.”
Pitt also claims Jolie “exposed the children by making public the names of their therapists and other mental health professionals.”
He adds that Jolie has “no self-regulating mechanism” regarding information released to the public. “Although she had already made them public, she did it again,” he says.
Pitt’s claims comes just weeks after his request for an emergency hearing to have all documents sealed had been denied.
Last month, the Fight Club actor was cleared of all child abuse claims.
Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt on Sept. 19, just one day after the actor allegedly got physical with the couple’s 15-year-old son Maddox while aboard their private plane.
