During a Tuesday appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Academy Award-winning actor Ben Affleck dished on family life with estranged wife Jennifer Garner and their three kids: daughters Violet, 11, and Seraphina, 8, and 4-year-old son Samuel.
“Well, I’ve become an expert on the tweens,” the Live by Night star, 44, shared. “I don’t know how much Radio Disney you listen to, but I hear quite a bit. When we get in the car, it’s got to come on right away, it’s gotta stay on the whole time. I hear a lot about the romantic adventures of Disney characters who are on the Disney channel.”
He added, “We go to Taylor Swift concerts, and that’s my life. Taylor Swift is great by the way. She’s a great role model.”
The Gone Girl star went on to gush about his kids’ mom — again!
“I have the world’s greatest mom, but even she cannot conquer the obstacles there,” he laughed.
He also dished on his recent ski trip with BFF Matt Damon and Golden Globe-winning brother Casey Affleck.
“Matt’s kids are pretty well-behaved. My brother’s kids are pretty great. They’re all great kids,” he shared.
He also talked about winning Best Screenplay for Good Will Hunting at the 1998 Academy Awards when he was just 25-years-old.
“It was only until I came back around with Argo that I really appreciated what it meant [to win an Oscar] and what it signified,” he explained. “But we were literally kids, and it was totally overwhelming.”
