So sweet! Alyson Hannigan and husband Alexis Denisof were spotted out shopping with their 6 1/2-month-old daughter Satyana in Beverly Hills on Saturday (October 17). We just spotted the adorable mother-daughter pair taking a stroll in their Brentwood neighborhood the day before. We can't get enough of this adorable family!

When asked if she cooks for the family, Alyson recently admitted that Alexis is the main chef in their house. The 35-year-old former Buffy star added that she is on a strict diet while breastfeeding Satyana due to her numerous food aversions:

I cook all the time!” Alyson proclaims with a smile on her face but then says, “No my husband cooks.” She adds, “I do cook, it’s just what I can eat now is basically very limited because the baby doesn’t like me to eat garlic, doesn’t like me to eat onions, doesn’t like me to eat dairy…basically any of the stuff that tastes really good, she doesn’t want me to eat. So it’s a very bland diet in my house. My husband is very sweet and very creative and he tries to make bland food taste better. So he does the majority of the cooking and I’m very, very lucky,” she says proudly with a smile on her face.

Alyson Hannigan and her husband Alexis Denisof recently became first-time parents in March when they welcomed their daughter Satyana (on Alyson's 35th birthday nonetheless!).

The new mom is back to work on her popular TV show, How I Met Your Mother. In the interview below, Alyson opens up about motherhood - "the best thing in the world" - and shares some great tips with our readers on how to manage a fully-loaded life. Is motherhood everything you thought it would be?

“Motherhood is more than I could've hoped for. Every cliché in the book is true!” At this point we heard little Satyana making some noises and Alyson said that she needed a nap. She adds that motherhood is, “just the best thing in the world and I could not be happier.”

Now that you’re back to work and being a mom at the same time, do you have a new-found respect for women who can juggle it all?

“Omigosh I have the utmost respect for all parents, particularly single moms. My mom was a single mom and, oh, just how she did it, I’ll never know!” She jokes, “I was a really good baby though so I helped.” On a serious note again, Alyson adds, “But yah, my husband is a full-on dad and he and I both are just like ‘ah’ it’s a lot to do. But we love it, and we’re still the new parents trying to adjust to it all.”

Actress Alyson Hannigan was calm, cool and collected during an appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman last week, but she reveals that she was anything but on the cross-country flight to New York.

The How I Met Your Mother star brought her 6-month-old daughter Satyana along on her first ever flight, and admits she was very nervous that it might not go so well.

"This was her first plane flight, so I was really nervous," Alyson said "I went on my Twitter page and I asked for advice. I got some good advice and bad advice. The bad advice was, 'Leave her at home,' or 'Put her in the overhead compartment...' But good advice that I took was to hand out earplugs to the people around you and say, 'Hopefully you won't need these, but just in case here you go!'"

In the end her fellow travelers did need those earplugs - but not because of Satyana.

"The flight was great, she was awesome. She's a good baby. But the earplugs did come in handy because there was a toddler a couple rows back that screamed the whole time."

Alyson Hannigan and her husband Alexis Denisof were spotted taking their 5 1/2-month-old daughter Satyana to a medical building in Santa Monica, CA on Friday (September 11).

Alyson has returned to work on her Emmy-nominated TV show, How I Met Your Mother. The 35-year-old mother-of one told PEOPLE that she is bringing Satyana to work with her,

I’m so fortunate that she’s here. We set up a nursery and daddy and baby are in nursery right now. So I can run off and get to see them when I have scenes off. It’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me! I’m so in love.”
