Gwyneth's husband, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, will likely join his family on their vacation after the band's performance in Scotland.

Imagine taking a stroll down the street and passing a few adorable neighborhood kids selling lemonade with their mother, who happens to be Academy award-winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow!
Shocking, right? That's exactly what happened to a a number of passersby in London over the weekend, who were surprised to see Paltrow and her two children, Apple, 7, and Moses, 5, along with some friends, set up with a makeshift lemonade stand selling drinks and "snaks" for the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA).

Multi-tasking actress Gwyneth Paltrow has a reputation for being a tough businesswoman, but there is one person who can get their way with the Country Strong star - seven-year-old daughter Apple. Two-years ago Gwyneth finally gave in and let her daughter get her ears pierced - although it did take three years of pleading.
"We're strict with them to an extent but we also try to be respectful of who they are and work with them when they really want something. For instance, Apple had been wanting to get her ears pierced from the age of two," Gwyneth recalled, saying that she and husband Chris Martin refused at first.

Like most working mothers Gwyneth Paltrow is often conflicted about being away from her children. But the Country Strong actress says now that kids Apple, 6 and Moses, 4, are older they're better able to cope with her absences.
"To be honest, I think my son is a bit young for me to be away," Gwyneth admitted. "I really feel like during the first five years of a child's life it's really important to be there as much as you can. [But] my children are self-sufficient. They really have an inner life and they know what they want and they know who they are. I think that it's OK to work."

The Country Strong actress starts off by getting Apple, 6, and Moses, 4 – her kids with husband Chris Martin – ready for school. "Got Apple all fed and dressed in her uniform and ready to go but no sign nor sight of Moses at 8 am and we have to be out of the house by 8:20," she wrote. "I went up to arouse the little man from slumber and he quite happily got up and crawled into my arms. We got downstairs and I made him a quick breakfast of eggs and toast followed by a spoonful of lemon flavored flax oil that I try to remember to give them both every morning."
