No girlie men here. Arnold Schwarzenegger celebrated his 64th birthday today (July 30) with his sons Christopher, 13, and Patrick, 17.
The three met up with some of Arnold's friends for lunch at Cafe Roma then did a little shopping at Barney's New York in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Update: He's out of the hospital! Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger have confirmed that their 13-year-old son, Christopher, has been released from the hospital after a week in the ICU.
"Blessed to be able to take Christopher out of the hospital last night," Shriver tweeted today (July 26). "What a feeling of relief to know that he's going to be fine. Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers. The whole family, especially Christopher, felt your love."

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver's 13-year-old son Christopher is in serious condition in a California hospital following an accident in Malibu, PEOPLE reports.
"Christopher has been in ICU since Sunday," a source says. "Maria has not left his side and is sleeping at hospital."

The marital split of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver took a shocking new twist today. The 25-year marriage ended after Maria was informed that her husband and a longtime female member of their household staff had a child together more than a decade ago, Los Angeles Times reports.
Reportedly, Maria moved out of the couple's Brentwood mansion earlier this year after Arnold confirmed the paternity. The employee had retired in January after 20 years with the family, the Times reports.

Looks like media-savvy runs in the family! Katherine Schwarzenegger, 20, the oldest child of California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and journalist Maria Shriver, has written her first book. Titled Rock What You've Got: Secrets to Loving Your Inner and Outer Beauty, it's aimed at helping young girls deal with body image issues and to gain confidence in themselves.
Katherine tells USA Today that she had her first body image crisis when she was in the fourth grade, and wrote her book to let young girls know that they are not alone. "It was the first time I was aware of my body and compared what I looked like to what other girls looked like," she says. "It freaked me out...I want to let girls know they are not alone with the changes and doubts about their body."
Katherine credits her parents for helping her through her issues, and for making sure she and her siblings had a normal childhood. "They were very protective of having us in the public eye when we were younger," she emphasizes. "We didn't go to Hollywood premieres. We practiced community service. We went to school and camp like normal kids.
"My mom was always good with me. She always checked in with me. I had the best relationship with my mom. I still do. I talk to her four times a day...I also have an amazing relationship with my dad...I talk to him about boys, about going out, about what I'm interested in, about business."

The 62-year-old “Governator” puffed away on a cigar as he drove down San Vicente Blvd. in his silver Porsche.
Arnold and his wife of nearly 24-years, Maria Shriver, 54, are also parents to Katherine Eunice, 20, Christina Maria, 18, and Patrick Arnold, 16.

Arnold Schwarzenegger was spotted laughing and lunching with two of his four children - Katherine, 19, and Patrick, 18 - and a friend on Saturday (September 26). The Schwarzeneggers enjoyed the beautiful California sunshine while dining at the Via Alloro Restaurant in Beverly Hills, CA.
The Governer of California and his wife of 23 years, television journalist Maria Shriver, are also parents to 18-year-old Christina and 12-year-old Christopher.
