Linda Evangelista & François-Henri Pinault Reach Child-Support Agreement

Just before Linda Evangelista was about to the take the stand Monday, lawyers reached a settlement in the nasty child-support case between the Canadian supermodel and French billionaire François-Henri Pinault, who's now married to Salma Hayek.
The terms of the last-minute agreement are unknown, according to the New York Post. Outside the courthouse Monday, Pinault's lawyer, David Aronson told reporters, "Everybody's glad for the sake and the benefit of the child that it's done."

Linda Evangelista took her son Augustin to a birthday party in the Upper East Side of New York City on Saturday (May 5). The 5-year-old - called Augie - held onto his mom's hand while she carried the present. The supermodel has been facing off against Salma Hayek's husband Francois-Henri Pinault in court. She is asking the court for $46,000 a month payments in child support.
According to Radaronline.com - Pinault had testified that he asked Evangelista not to go public with her claim for support. He also said that Salma was having a "difficult pregnancy".

The supermodel is going to court this Thursday to meet with her son's father Francois-Henri Pinault. She is asking the billionaire - who is married to Salma Hayek - $46,000 a month in child support.
